Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Order & Delivery Executive for our boutique. The person will handle customer orders (online and offline), coordinate with the tailoring and sales team, and deliver clothes to customers' homes on time. Key Responsibilities: Take orders from customers via phone, WhatsApp, or in-store. Record customer details, measurements, and delivery address correctly. Coordinate with the boutique team (sales, tailor) to ensure timely order completion. Pack and prepare garments for delivery. Deliver clothes safely to customers’ homes. Collect payment (if COD) and provide basic customer service during delivery. Handle return or exchange pickups if needed. Maintain a record of deliveries and payments.
