As a Delivery Executive for a distribution company in New Delhi, you'll be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods, managing schedules, interacting professionally with customers, and addressing any delivery-related issues. • Delivery Execution:
• Pick up packages from designated locations (depots, warehouses).
• Load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently.
• Deliver goods to customers within a designated area and on schedule.
• Ensure accurate delivery by verifying addresses and customer information.
• Handle packages with care to prevent damage.
• Customer Interaction:
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding deliveries in a timely manner.
• Provide clear and accurate information about delivery status and timelines.
• Schedule Management:
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
• Optimize routes for efficiency and to minimize delays.
• Manage time effectively to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Problem Solving:
• Identify and resolve any delivery-related issues or problems that arise.
• Communicate any delays or issues to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Vehicle Maintenance (if applicable):
