We are looking for a reliable and responsible Operations Assistant who can manage both field and factory work. The person will be responsible for collecting materials and samples from buyers, delivering them to the factory for processing, and assisting with dispatch-related tasks inside the factory. Basic reading and writing skills in English are required for handling challans and counting materials. Key Responsibilities:Visit buyers daily to collect materials and samples by 2 wheeler. Deliver collected items safely to the factory for processing. Assist in factory operations, including counting, packing, and preparing materials for dispatch. Help in making challans and maintaining simple material records. Coordinate with the factory supervisor and office staff for daily work updates. Ensure proper handling of goods. Follow instructions accurately and maintain punctuality. Requirements:Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a 2 wheele(not compulsory) Basic English reading and writing skills (for challans and labels). Minimum 12th pass (preferred). Physically fit and willing to do factory work as well as field visits. Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude.
