As the Digital Customer Engagement Manager (dCEM) at SAP, you will be responsible for end-to-end virtual customer engagement and ensuring the delivery of contractual agreements and services for SAP Cloud Customers within SAP Enterprise Cloud Services. Your primary focus will be on SAP S/4HANA, private cloud edition deliverables. This role specifically caters to European customers, requiring you to operate within the European time-zone. The SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) team is dedicated to guiding SAP customers towards cloud adoption, providing real-time cloud platform operation, infrastructure, and managed services with a focus on delivering value quickly at reduced cost and risk. Within ECS, the Client Delivery Engagement Shared Services unit aims to facilitate the seamless and effective adoption of the S/4H Private Cloud solution by customers through standardized and automated delivery approaches, supported by a scalable team engagement and technical roles.
