Job description

As a Delivery Boy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products reach customers promptly and in excellent condition. You will be responsible for navigating routes, following delivery protocols, and representing the company professionally.

• Deliver products to customers on time and in good condition
• Follow assigned routes and time schedules
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle
• Collect payments when necessary
• Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or questions
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer communications
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies
• Keep delivery vehicle clean and perform basic maintenance

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous delivery experience is a plus
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
• Strong time management and customer service skills
• Ability to lift heavy packages and operate warehouse vehicles
• Familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and routes
