Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and punctual Courier Executive to safely deliver packages, documents, and goods to customers and businesses. The role requires efficient route planning, professional communication, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver packages/documents as per the assigned schedule.
Ensure timely and safe delivery to the correct addresses.
Obtain proper signatures and proof of delivery.
Plan routes to optimize fuel efficiency and timely delivery.
Handle parcels with care and report any damages or delays immediately.
Maintain delivery logs and reports using mobile apps or paperwork.
Communicate with dispatch teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
Collect payment if Cash on Delivery (COD) is applicable.
Ensure vehicle/bike (if provided) is in good condition.

Requirements:

Minimum education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass
Valid driving license (for bike/van, as required)
Own a two-wheeler (if not company-provided)
Familiarity with local routes and areas
Good communication skills in [language]
Physical stamina for long hours and handling parcels
Basic smartphone handling skills (for delivery apps)
Punctual and responsible attitude

Preferred:

Prior experience as a courier, delivery boy, or field executive
Knowledge of basic traffic and safety rules
