Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a PYP/MYP Coordinator located in Varanasi. The PYP/MYP Coordinator will oversee the implementation of the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP) curriculums. Responsibilities include coordinating curriculum development, facilitating professional development for teachers, ensuring adherence to IB standards, and acting as a liaison between the school, students, parents, and the IB organization. The coordinator will also support teachers in planning, implementation, and assessment of PYP/MYP units of inquiry. Qualifications Experience in PYP/MYP curriculum development and implementation Professional development, facilitation, and training skills Excellent organizational and leadership abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of IB standards and practices Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field; a master’s degree is preferred Previous experience in an IB school is a plus Commitment to the holistic development of students
