Role & responsibilities Accountable for the School Admission Targets. Execute play/pre-school tie-ups and organise regular connect activities for these pre-schools (minimum 50 tie-ups for the school) Maintain relations with the RWAs and organise one RWA event every month. To establish connect with at least 15 RWAs for school Build Partnerships with Academic Institutions and Non-Academic Organizations, Private Organizations, Government, Central, State and Local bodies and NGOs, and corporates Execute Corporate Admissions partnerships. Coordinate with school internal teams for successful execution of MarCom events and partnerships Liaison with all vendors for school outreach (hoardings, lift branding, OOH, etc.) Develop a holistic communications strategy for the school with support from Central Marcom team for the districts assigned to; Develop a Branding Strategy Parent Engagement Strategy Improve the Parent & Student experience in schools Developing & executing a communications strategy Build and execute on a community connect and outreach program for the schools. Establish relationships with the Media, print, electronic, digital, and social and deliver maximum exposure for the School Taking necessary internal approvals and ensuring on-time billing and payments Preferred candidate profile 8-15 years of progressive experience in admissions, student recruitment, or educational sales. Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing an admissions team. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding enrollment targets.
