Key Responsibilities Online Quality Control : Monitor the quality of online products (e.g., Emulsion & Ketchup). Conduct physical and chemical analyses during online processes. Verify ingredient weighing as per recipes. Pre-Dispatch Activities : Ensure completion of pre-dispatch procedures. Sanitization and Hygiene : Monitor and implement sanitization and hygiene procedures, including CIP, COP, SIP, CCP, OPRPs, GMP, and PRP. Minimizing Losses : Ensure efficient production runs to minimize ingredient and packaging material losses. Rejections and Holds : Reduce online rejection rates through coordination with stakeholders. Make decisions regarding QA holds and product releases. Product Quality : Conduct sensory evaluations to ensure product quality. Perform shelf-life studies for products. Lab Operations : Calibrate CCP lab equipment daily. Standardize lab chemicals. Verify plant CCP and OPRP calibrations. Reporting and Records : Maintain online QC records and non-conformity reports. Share daily quality analysis reports, including details on CIP activities, rejections, and holds. Training and Compliance : Provide refresher training to food handlers (including casual workers). Adhere to HACCP, VACCP, and TACCP standards. Follow GMP, personal hygiene practices, and site policies. Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) : Implement CAPA plans for internal/external audit findings and customer complaints. Food Safety and Security : Ensure food safety, quality, and security measures are implemented online. Adhere to the site's food safety and quality policy and objectives.
