Automation ( JD ) Job Title: Software Test Engineer (Automation) Experience: 3 Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Test Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in test automation across web, mobile, and API layers. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured, Playwright, Jenkins, JMeter, and Git, with a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and performance testing. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing. Work with tools such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, and Rest Assured to build robust automated test frameworks. Execute test cases and identify/report bugs using test management and bug tracking tools. Integrate automated test suites into the CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins. Perform basic load and performance testing using JMeter. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality. Participate in code reviews for test scripts and provide constructive feedback. Maintain version control of test artifacts using Git. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 3 years in software testing with focus on automation. Automation Tools: Web: Selenium WebDriver, Playwright Mobile: Appium API: Rest Assured CI/CD & Build Tools: Jenkins, Maven/Gradle Performance Testing: JMeter (basic to intermediate) Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket Languages: Java/Python/JavaScript (at least one required) Test Management Tools: JIRA, TestRail, or similar Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
