Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller to join our team in Vizag. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer queries, and ensuring follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers. 2. Explain services clearly and confidently. 3. Maintain records of calls and update excel with relevant details. 4. Follow up on previous interactions to ensure lead conversion. 5. Handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner. Requirements: 1. Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduate preferred. 2. Good communication skills in Hindi & Telugu (basic English will be a plus). 3. Prior experience in telecalling/sales/customer service is an advantage. 4. Confident, energetic, and result-oriented.
