Role : Internal Sales Manager Experience : 4 - 5 years Industry : Defence & Aerospace About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Internal Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales proposals, responding to RFPs/RFIs, managing the sales funnel, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Prepare sales proposals and budgetary quotes Ensure timely submission of RFP/RFI responses Build and maintain a sales funnel, following up to close orders Develop and nurture strong client and prospect relationships Coordinate with tech support & delivery teams for order fulfillment Track RFP/RFI submissions and ensure closure Participate in expos, demos, and industry events Act as the primary point of contact for internal sales inquiries Requirements: Proficiency in Hindi (spoken) & English (strong vocabulary) Willingness to travel as required Experience with CRM systems is a plus Knowledge of GeM Portal, IMTAR, DAP 2020, and MIL standards is advantageous Prior experience in managing an internal sales team is a plus

Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search for international sales leads and prospects. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate international markets. Provide timely feedback to Management regarding international sales performance. Coordinate all international sales efforts with our subsidiaries and agents. Manages and directs a sales force to achieve global sales and profit goals. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION : 1. The successful candidate shall be an energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills who is able to excel in an international sales environment. 2. Experience in international market preferred, fluency in English. 3. Technologically advanced and oriented. Must have above average computer and technical skills to navigate the communication barriers of frequent international travel. 4. Strong communication and presentation skills and a thorough knowledge various international cultures.
