Role Description Participate in project meetings held by clients and deliver project reports independently; Lead the team to operate the entire project, formulate project plans and time allocation tables, supervise and control the progress of the project throughout all stages; Review and monitor the progress of each stage of the project according to project requirements, and coordinate internal work arrangements to meet client needs. Discover and solve problems existing in the project process, ensure the project is completed on time and with quality; Follow up on the arrival of project funds, assist in the timely deposit of project funds at each stage. Maintain good cooperative relationships with existing clients, introduce the company's service scope, and strive for business cooperation opportunities. Recruitment, training, performance management, team building, and development planning of team members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering Management, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related fields; Proficient in both Chinese and English, with over 12 years of working experience, and having managed large-scale mechanical and electrical projects; Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be able to lead a team independently in large-scale projects; Have outstanding emergency response and crisis management capabilities; Relevant certificates are preferred. Willing to travel to India for business.
