For BoysMaterial Handling (Godown to Shop): Carry heavy items and cartons from godown to shop. Ensure safe unloading and placing in storage area. Maintain record of items moved from godown. Shop Arrangement: Place bulky or heavy material in designated shelves/racks. Help in stock rotation (old first, new later). Assisting in Packing: Provide support in sealing boxes, labeling, and arranging. Carry packed material to delivery/storage area. For GirlsPacking Work: Neatly pack items according to company/shop standards. Label items properly (product name, quantity, date, etc.). Ensure fragile items are wrapped with care. Inventory & Organization: Maintain checklist of packed and stored items. Help in arranging material in racks systematically. Assisting in Shop Management: Ensure packed goods are placed in correct section. Support in quality check before dispatch. Regulations & Guidelines (Common for Both)Punctuality & Discipline – Report on time, complete assigned tasks, and follow instructions. Teamwork – Boys and girls must coordinate (example: one packs, another shifts boxes). Cleanliness – Keep packing area neat, dispose of waste (tapes, wrappers, etc.) in bins. Record Keeping – Every item packed/moved must be updated in the stock register. Respectful Behavior – No arguing, maintain politeness, and respect co-workers. Work Division – Heavy lifting → boys, packing & organizing → girls (but flexible depending on capability).
