Role & responsibilities Develop new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the assigned region. Identify key decision-makers and establish strong relationships with potential clients. Generate inquiries from both new and existing customers. Deliver impactful presentations and proposals to clients. Identify market trends, new opportunities, and industry expansions for business penetration. Monitor competitor activities, assess strengths & weaknesses, and track lost opportunities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring after-sales support and timely payment recoveries. Negotiate tenders, contract terms, and close deals by aligning with client requirements. Administer client accounts and analyze costs vs. sales performance. Achieve regular sales targets and prepare business development reports (daily, weekly, monthly). Preferred Candidate Profile: Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field 4-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing , preferably in Fasteners / Industrial Products / Engineering sector Strong understanding of B2B / Industrial sales process Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven ability to develop and maintain dealer / distributor / client relationships Target-oriented with a proactive and result-driven approach Willing to travel as per business requirements Candidates with experience in nuts, bolts, screws, washers, and related fasteners will be given preference
