We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Executive with prior experience in the lab-grown diamond industry. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, the ability to engage and onboard multiple lab-grown diamond brands to our ecommerce platform, and maintain consistent communication and reporting with the management team. --- Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and onboard lab-grown diamond brands to our ecommerce platform. Build and maintain long-term relationships with manufacturers, wholesalers, and brand representatives. Regularly visit and meet potential brand partners across different cities. Prepare and submit daily work reports and client interaction updates. Develop and execute strategies to expand our network and product portfolio. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, listing, and marketing of brands. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Utilize digital tools and CRM systems to track leads and performance. --- Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in the lab-grown diamond industry (marketing or sales). Strong network of contacts within the lab-grown diamond ecosystem. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, email, and basic computer applications. Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly.
