We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facade Supervisor with over 10 years of experience in managing facade projects on construction sites. The ideal candidate should be proficient in interpreting technical drawings, supervising site activities, and ensuring the timely and quality execution of facade works. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate all on-site facade installation activities. * Read, understand, and implement facade shop drawings and specifications. * Ensure facade works are executed as per approved drawings and quality standards. * Monitor daily site progress and coordinate with project managers and subcontractors. * Identify and resolve on-site issues and report discrepancies to the concerned team. * Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. * Coordinate material deliveries and manpower planning for efficient execution. * Maintain daily work reports and ensure progress matches project timelines. Qualifications and Skills: * 10+ years of experience in facade systems (aluminum, glass, cladding, curtain wall, etc.). * Strong knowledge of facade installation techniques and construction drawings. * Ability to lead and manage site teams effectively. * Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control procedures. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
