Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive located in Indore. The Tender Executive will be responsible for preparing and submitting tender documents, coordinating with internal departments for required information and documentation, analyzing and reviewing tender documents to ensure compliance, managing the tender process from start to finish, and maintaining records of all submitted tenders. The role involves liaising with clients and suppliers, ensuring timely follow-ups, and achieving successful tender submissions. Qualifications Experience in preparing and submitting tender documents Strong analytical and review skills for tender document compliance Excellent coordination and communication skills for liaising with internal departments, clients, and suppliers Ability to manage the tender process from start to finish Proficiency in maintaining records and ensuring timely follow-ups Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
