Key Responsibilities:Attend service calls from customers and travel to client/industrial sites. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on machines and equipment (mechanical, electrical, diesel, hydraulics, etc.). Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution. Maintain proper service reports and logs. Cooperate with the service team and follow manager instructions for site visits.
