As a Recovery Portfolio Manager at Global Credit Solutions India, your role involves managing the recovery portfolio with a focus on collections. You will be responsible for reviewing accounts for discrepancies, following up with necessary actions, and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and communications. Additionally, you will prepare reports on collection performance and provide insights for improvement. The collection process follows pre-defined stringent SOPs to ensure a professional, prompt, and precise process that results in early collections and reduced costs. Key Responsibilities: - Manage recovery portfolio with respect to collections. - Review accounts for discrepancies and follow up with necessary actions. - Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and communications. - Prepare reports on collection performance and provide insights for improvement. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. - Proficient skills in email writing. - Quick learner and go-getter attitude. - Ability to work independently. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping.
