As a Retail Sales Officer at Tanishq and Mia by Tanishq, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the store's display standards and hygiene. Your primary duties will include greeting and assisting customers, offering product information, understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, handling billing and inventory processes, and ensuring post-sale customer support. You will also be involved in below-the-line (BTL) activities to promote the brand. To excel in this role, you should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, be confident and presentable with a customer-first attitude, and have a willingness to learn about jewellery products and Tanishq standards. While prior retail, jewellery, or luxury sales experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
