Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the interior design industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of design services, project management basics, and market trends. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, real estate developers, and high-net-worth clients. Collaborate with the design and project teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Track sales targets and report on performance regularly to management. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in interior design or architecture. Strong network within the real estate or construction industry is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
