As a Sales Executive in the Automotive Aftermarket industry for one of our clients, you will play a crucial role in driving secondary sales growth through garages, mechanics, and retailers. Your primary responsibilities will include building and managing a distributor and retailer network in the designated territory, conducting mechanic meets, product demos, and activations to enhance brand visibility, and fostering strong relationships with garages, workshops, and fleet operators. Additionally, you will be expected to achieve sales targets, provide valuable market insights, and contribute to the overall growth of the business. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Automotive Aftermarket sales, with a strong focus on Propeller Shaft & Transmission parts. A background in Mechanical or Automobile engineering is preferred, and excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for effective interaction with stakeholders. Moreover, a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region is necessary to fulfill the duties associated with this position.
