The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the food industry with a proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with key retailers, and increase brand visibility and market share through both traditional and digital sales channels. Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience : (Freshers with Good aptitude can be considered) 1+ years of experience in sales management, with a focus on food products or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods). Proven track record of sales success across General Trade, Modern Trade, and E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). Strong understanding of retail and online sales dynamics, including promotional strategies, pricing, and consumer behavior. Skills : Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth across multiple channels. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and performance improvements. Leadership and team management skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite, CRM software, and experience with E-commerce platforms and tools. Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Other Requirements : Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, trade shows, and field visits. Strong knowledge of the food products industry and market trends. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
