Job Title: IT Executive – Hardware & Networking Location: Kolkata Department: Information Technology Experience Required: 4–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Budget: 4-5 LPA Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in hardware and networking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance of systems, and supporting end-users across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware. Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls. Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability. Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software issues for end-users. Perform regular system backups and ensure data security. Maintain inventory of IT assets and documentation of configurations and procedures. Coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance of IT equipment. Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures. Install and configure SAP GUI for the users. Assist in setting up and managing servers and virtualization environments. Support video conferencing systems and other communication tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 4–5 years of experience in IT support, hardware maintenance, and networking. Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices. Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
