Your responsibilities will include developing and executing test automation strategies, guiding junior team members, and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality software solutions tailored to the P&C insurance domain. Your main responsibilities will involve developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies, creating scalable test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium and Rest-Assured, integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, leading and mentoring a team of SDETs, collaborating with stakeholders to define testing requirements, overseeing test execution and analysis, and ensuring alignment with P&C insurance business workflows and regulatory requirements. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of software testing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead position. You should possess a strong understanding of P&C insurance processes, proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C#, hands-on experience with Selenium and Rest-Assured, familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or AWS CodePipeline, and experience in Agile methodologies.
