Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement Process Instruction Sheets (PI Sheets) using XSteps and control recipes . Understand and translate business requirements into functional specifications for PI Sheet configuration. Configure and manage control recipe destinations , phases, process messages, and process instructions in the SAP PP-PI module. Integrate PI Sheets with process control systems or shop floor systems (DCS/MES). Work with production planning (PP) and quality management (QM) teams to ensure seamless manufacturing execution. Monitor and support the control recipe management and process message monitoring (CO54, CO60) . Train end-users on how to use and process PI Sheets in production environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PI Sheet execution and integration. Participate in SAP PP-PI projects, rollouts, and upgrades.
