Greet and assist students, parents, visitors, and staff professionally and courteously. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain student records, attendance logs, and staff files. Handle daily office operations, including filing, photocopying, and inventory management. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for school leadership. Assist with admissions, enrollment, and fee collection processes. Support the principal with reports, circulars, and internal communication. Ensure the confidentiality and security of school and student records. Help in organising school events, exams, and parent-teacher meetings.
