Roles and Responsibilities Plan production activities according to daily schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources. Coordinate with team members to achieve targets, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement. Conduct line balancing studies to optimize productivity and reduce waste. Ensure effective shift planning, manpower management, rejection control, and quality standards meetings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to assembly process design. Desired Candidate Profile 3-7 years of experience in a similar role within the mobile manufacturing industry (only). Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized institution (any specialization). Strong understanding of line handling, line balancing principles, production planning concepts. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
