Job Title: Senior Architect or Design associte / HOD & JOB Description:- Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Architect & Design associate, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and design teams to create innovative and sustainable design solutions. Your expertise in architectural design, technical knowledge, and leadership abilities will be instrumental in driving successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: 1) Lead and manage architectural projects, from concept & Design development till completion of the Project , ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline. 2) Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and design preferences. 3) Develop and present design proposals, including drawings, specifications, and project timelines, to clients and obtain necessary approvals. 4) Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to integrate various design elements and ensure project coordination. 5) Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate existing conditions, identify potential design challenges, and propose appropriate solutions. 6) Provide technical guidance to junior architects, designers, promoting knowledge sharing for professional development. 7) Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the design and construction process. 8) Conduct research on emerging trends, materials, and technologies in architectural design, and integrate innovative solutions into project designs. 9) Collaborate with project managers to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to clients and stakeholders. 10) Maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's architectural standards, policies, and procedures, and ensure their implementation across projects. Qualifications for Suitable Position:- 1) Bachelor's (or) Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. 2) Proven experience as a Senior Architect, with a minimum of 10Years in architectural design and Development. 3) Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.4Demonstrated ability to lead and manage architectural projects of varying complexity and scale. You are a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive with 3 years of experience, responsible for managing daily HR operations and administrative functions. Your expertise lies in HR policies, employee engagement, recruitment, office administration, and general operational support. Your key responsibilities in Human Resources involve assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding and induction programs, drafting and managing HR documents, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws, handling employee engagement, grievance redressal, and feedback collection. In the Administration domain, you will manage daily office operations, coordinate with vendors and service providers, handle procurement of office supplies, monitor housekeeping, security, and office hygiene, assist in organizing internal meetings, events, and training sessions, maintain office asset records, and ensure timely AMC/renewals for equipment. Compliance & Coordination tasks include supporting statutory compliance processes, liaising with consultants/auditors as needed, and coordinating between departments for administrative or HR support functions. Your key skills should include a strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), good verbal and written communication, ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, attention to detail, organizational skills, and experience using HRMS tools is an added advantage.
