Role Description We are looking for a Telemarketing Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site position. The ideal candidate will handle telecalling, lead generation, customer service, and support while building strong customer relationships to achieve sales goals. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers. Generate and qualify leads through telecalling. Provide product information and support to customers. Maintain customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction. Work with the sales team to achieve targets. Qualifications Strong skills in Lead Generation & Sales . Good Customer Service & Support abilities. Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi (mandatory). Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Preferred candidates from nearby office location (Gundlapochampalli, Hyderabad).
