Your duties will include: Purchase & Vendor Management: Managing supplier orders, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with vendors to ensure optimal stock levels. Inventory Control: Maintaining accurate inventory records using our software systems, conducting stock checks, and reconciling discrepancies. Accounts & Reconciliation: Handling daily financial entries, processing invoices, tracking expenses, and ensuring precise financial records. Data Management: Proficiently using computer software (including POS and inventory management systems) and MS Excel for data entry, analysis, and report generation. Operational Support: Assisting with the efficient flow of goods, from receiving to internal fulfillment processes. Team Collaboration: Working effectively with colleagues across shifts to ensure continuous coverage and smooth backend operations.
