Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Job Title: Project Manager Civil (PMC) Location: Raipur, Mumbai, Hyderabad Industry: Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Experience Required: Minimum 18+ Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager Civil to lead and oversee Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for our upcoming institutional/commercial projects in Raipur. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil engineering, project supervision, quality control, and overall project management, with proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects including MEP services (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing). Key Responsibilities: Must have experience in high rise building of 45-50 floors Lead day-to-day supervision, quality control, project monitoring, and billing for assigned projects. Ensure project delivery within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve on-site issues. Oversee all services-related works including Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing. Monitor and report project progress to senior management and clients regularly. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and statutory compliances. Drive operational excellence and achieve milestones efficiently. Ensure proper documentation including work orders, agreements, completion certificates, and TDS certificates as proof of payments. Lead and guide site teams to maintain high standards of professionalism and work ethics. Mandatory Eligibility Criteria: Experience in PMC Projects: Candidate must meet one of the following criteria: Single Project Experience: Must have successfully completed at least one independent PMC project with a built-up area of not less than 20,000 Sqm, for Institutional or Commercial buildings, including Electrical, HVAC & Plumbing services, completed after 31.12.2019 in India. OR Multiple Project Experience: Must have successfully completed at least two independent PMC projects, each with a built-up area of not less than 15,000 Sqm, for Institutional or Commercial buildings, including Electrical, HVAC & Plumbing services, completed after 31.12.2019 in India. Note: PMC means complete project supervision, quality control, monitoring, and billing of works. Periodic or third-party supervision will not be considered. Work experience with Government organizations, Private companies, PSUs, or Local bodies will be considered, provided the candidate can submit: Work Order Agreement Completion Certificate issued by the client TDS Certificate as proof of payment for the respective financial year. Additional Requirements: Experience in completing a 4-star rated (or equivalent) green building project. Must have an average annual turnover of at least INR 1.50 Crores in the last three financial years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24) from PMC services. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong knowledge of project management software and tools.
