Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices to ensure seamless system integration.
• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases (schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning).
  

• Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to architectural improvements.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 56 years of proven experience as a Backend Engineer or similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Java with expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot).
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing REST APIs and microservices.
• Proficiency with RDBMS and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB,
  

• Experience with containerization tools (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of system design, data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development to Have :
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK Stack).
