Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader, located in Chennai. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supervising team members, ensuring compliance with company policies, and achieving performance targets. Responsibilities also include resolving issues, providing guidance and training, and maintaining high levels of team motivation and productivity. Qualifications Leadership and Team Management skills Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Problem Solving and Decision Making capabilities Experience in process improvement and performance management Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar software tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
