You have 10+ years of IT experience and 5-7 years of DevOps experience. We are looking for a DevOps Governance and Automation Lead & Sr. Engineers (BOTH) to establish and execute cloud-based DevOps frameworks primarily on Azure. Your role involves enhancing automation, governance, and service reliability, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. The key success indicators include scalable automation, efficient CI/CD processes, and reliable cloud shared libraries to support agile development. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing a DevOps framework for infrastructure, applications, and security. You will standardize and automate CI/CD pipelines, version control, and infrastructure as code (IaC). Leading continuous improvement and governance of DevOps tools and automation processes is essential. You will also automate cloud provisioning to enhance efficiency and DevOps adoption, define and monitor quality and reliability metrics for Cloud Shared Libraries, provide documentation, training, and workshops on Azure best practices, and collaborate with teams while managing third-party DevOps solutions. To qualify for this role, you should have experience in DevOps, Cloud, or SRE roles with a focus on Azure. Strong knowledge of CI/CD, automation, and agile methodologies is necessary. Expertise in IaC tools like Terraform, ARM Templates, Bicep, Ansible, etc., and experience in pipeline automation for testing, deployment, and quality are required. Understanding Azure governance, architecture, and security is crucial. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, along with proficiency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.,
