Role Overview: As a Dataiku at Wipro Limited, your role involves designing, testing, and maintaining software programs for operating systems or applications to be deployed at client end, ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the requirements and design of the product/software, develop software solutions, investigate problem areas, facilitate root cause analysis, and identify ways to improve system performance. - Collaborate with functional teams, project managers, and systems analysts to convert client requirements into feasible designs. - Code, develop, and automate processes for software validation, modify software to fix errors, improve performance, and upgrade interfaces. - Prepare reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status, ensure error-free code and timely documentation. - Report project status, progress, usability, and serviceability feedback, capture client requirements, and provide ongoing customer focus. - Participate in continuing education and training, consult with engineering staff, and document solutions and details for proper software understanding. - Ensure good quality of interaction with customers through various communication channels, provide timely responses to customer requests, and maintain high quality in deliverables.
