🚀 Hiring: Senior MicroStrategy Developer (4–6 Years Experience) We are looking for a highly skilled Senior MicroStrategy Developer to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about data, analytics, and building impactful BI solutions, this role is for you! 🔍 Key Responsibilities ✅ Solution Design: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting & analytics needs and design effective MicroStrategy solutions aligned with business goals. ✅ Data Modeling: Develop and maintain data models, schema objects, and relationships within MicroStrategy ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and version control. ✅ Reports & Dashboard Development: Create interactive reports, dashboards, and scorecards using MicroStrategy tools with focus on performance optimization and superior user experience. ✅ Data Integration: Integrate data from multiple sources (databases, DWH, external systems) for seamless reporting and analysis. ✅ Performance Tuning: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize MicroStrategy environments to ensure high performance, efficient query execution, and quick response times. 🎓 Qualifications 🎯 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 🎯 4–6 years of hands-on experience in MicroStrategy Development 🎯 Strong proficiency with MicroStrategy tools (Desktop, Web, Intelligence Server, Mobile) 🎯 Strong SQL and database fundamentals 🎯 Proven experience with dimensional data modeling 🎯 Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills 🎯 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team ⭐ MicroStrategy certifications will be an added advantage ⭐ Preferred Skills ✨ Working knowledge of Power BI ✨ Ability to switch between both MicroStrategy and Power BI as required If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, #Apply Now
