Summary of the Role The Reel Content Creator Intern will play a key role in building our brand presence on Instagram by producing short-form, engaging, and informative finance-related reels. Success in this role means delivering high-quality, creative videos that simplify complex finance concepts for students and early earners, ultimately driving growth in followers and engagement for Arpit on Money . This position fits into the organization as a core content driver—helping us educate and inspire a wider audience about smart money habits. Responsibilities Research finance, investing, and money-management topics and transform them into engaging reel concepts. Write concise and catchy Hinglish (Hindi + English) voiceover scripts tailored for Gen Z and millennials. Use Canva, CapCut, InVideo, or similar AI video editing tools to produce high-quality animated reels . Add on-screen text, captions, and hooks to improve accessibility and retention. Incorporate trending music, sound effects, and visual transitions aligned with Instagram trends. Collaborate with the content team to ensure reels are aligned with the overall brand tone and campaign goals. Track performance of reels and suggest improvements for better reach and engagement. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Media, Communications, Marketing, Business, Finance, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory). Basic to intermediate knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other video editing/AI content creation tools. Strong creativity and storytelling skills, with an ability to simplify finance concepts. Good command of Hinglish for scriptwriting and voiceovers. Familiarity with Instagram trends, reels algorithms, and audience engagement techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Stipend-1000 per month Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to deliver on deadlines.
