Database Administrator Trainer

Job Summary:

The Training of Trainer (ToT) – AI-Database Administrator is responsible for delivering structured training to future trainers, focusing on database design, administration, and integration of AI-based optimization and automation techniques. The role ensures that trainers are equipped to deliver high-quality, industry-relevant training aligned with NSQF and NASSCOM standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Training of Trainer (ToT) programs for the AI-Database Administrator job role as per NASSCOM’s Qualification Pack (QP) and National Occupational Standards (NOS).
• Equip trainers with expertise in:
• Database architecture & management (relational & NoSQL databases)
• SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL, and query optimization
• AI-assisted automation tools for database tuning and management
• Backup, restore, and security configurations
• Performance monitoring, indexing, and cloud-based DB operations

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• NASSCOM/SSC Certified ToT (if already certified)
• Certifications like Oracle Certified DBA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate, or AWS Certified Database – Specialty
• AI/ML certifications are an added advantage
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in database administration, cloud database management, or AI-driven data infrastructure
• Preferably with prior experience in training, mentoring, or facilitating sessions

Pay: ₹350,000.83 - ₹600,000.48 per year
