Database Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management & Analysis: Strong knowledge of MySQL queries for data extraction, processing, and analysis.
• Excel Automation: Automate Excel workflows and apply advanced Excel formulas to streamline data manipulation and reporting processes.
• ETL Tool Experience: Utilize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools for data integration and processing.
• Data Quality Assurance: Monitor and audit data quality to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness across all datasets.
• Reporting Processes: Develop and support reporting systems, including automated reports and ad-hoc requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.
• Data Visualizations: Create clear, actionable data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Data Processing: Filter, process, collate, and allocate data through Excel to produce meaningful outputs and insights.
• Adopt New Technologies: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and tools to improve data analysis processes and drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, data processing, and reporting.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in MySQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including automation, formulae, and data manipulation.
  • Experience working with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, SSIS) for data integration.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Reporting & Visualization: Experience in developing reports and creating dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and a passion for ensuring data accuracy.
• Technology Adoption: A proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies to improve data processes.
