Data Visualization Developer I

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-grade dashboards and reporting solutions as a Data Visualization Developer with expertise in Power BI. Your role will involve utilizing strong UI/UX skills, data modeling expertise, and knowledge of performance optimization, security, and enterprise data platforms like Databricks, SAP Datasphere, and EDW solutions. Your ability to transform complex datasets into impactful visual insights will support strategic decision-making while ensuring governance, security, and scalability. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop highly interactive, scalable dashboards using Power BI with a focus on user experience (UX) and self-service analytics. - Optimize report performance by implementing efficient DAX measures and visualization techniques. - Ensure UI/UX best practices and consistency across enterprise reporting solutions. - Architect and implement efficient, scalable data models while integrating large datasets from various platforms. - Conduct performance tuning of reports, queries, and models to ensure high-performance BI solutions. - Implement security models and ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver intuitive, data-driven dashboards. - Drive adoption of self-service BI among business users. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise BI development, particularly in Power BI. - Strong UI/UX expertise, data modeling skills, and experience with Databricks, SAP Datasphere, and cloud-based data warehouses. - Proficiency in performance optimization techniques for large datasets and complex BI queries. - Knowledge of data security frameworks and experience in delivering scalable solutions. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills. - Certifications in Power BI are preferred. Note: DevOps for BI, AI/ML-driven analytics, Agile methodologies, and familiarity with JIRA are desirable qualifications for the role.,
