As a Data Tools & Automation Consultant Continuous Improvement at SHL, you will play a crucial role in driving automation and efficiency to ensure seamless project completion and continuous process improvement. Your main responsibilities will include: - Delivering high-quality automation tools aligned with KPIs and SLAs to enhance operational efficiency. - Assisting leadership in identifying automation opportunities and optimizing workflow processes. - Acting as the primary escalation point for internal and external concerns to ensure smooth operations. - Maintaining and prioritizing tasks effectively, providing direction to the team for seamless project execution. - Designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions, including process efficiency tools and client reports. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address difficulties and implement continuous improvements based on stakeholder needs. - Staying updated on market trends, sharing knowledge within the team, and ensuring best practices in automation and data tools. - Structuring and delivering reports, tracking project progress, and providing insights to key stakeholders for data-driven decision-making. Qualifications required for this role: - Proficiency in Python and its different libraries. - Proficient in SQL, Exasol, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL with experience in tool integration. - Skilled in AWS, Azure, and APIs for automation and scalable infrastructure. - Experience in assessing, conceptualizing, and executing data-driven automation solutions. Desirable qualifications include: - Understanding of machine learning, big data, and predictive automation. - Experience with ETL, data visualization, and reporting using Tableau. - Proficiency in version control, GitHub, and collaborative coding workflows. - Knowledge of Java Script for front end and back end development. - Experience with Tableau.
