Data Solutions Director

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Over 7 years experience in data solutions, analytics, BI, or data product roles, including recent people management.
  • Demonstrable experience within

    General Insurance

    data domains.
  • Expert-level proficiency in

    Power BI

    (Premium, XMLA, ALM, optimization, governance).
  • Experience with

    Snowflake and/or AWS Redshift

    , plus ETL/ELT tooling such as

    Informatica

    .
  • Strong background in semantic model design and unified enterprise data models.
  • Hands-on experience delivering

    GenAI

    applications (RAG, embeddings, LLM prototyping), with understanding of responsible AI.
  • Experience implementing enterprise

    data catalog and lineage

    platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, metadata, lineage, and data quality across multiple markets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with proven success engaging senior executives internationally.
