Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Instructor DSPM (Data Security Posture Management) to design, deliver, and continuously improve technical training programs focused on DSPM tools, concepts, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data security, cloud platforms, and enterprise security frameworks, with proven experience in technical instruction or training delivery.

This role is critical in ensuring our clients teams are equipped with the skills to adopt, configure, and operationalize DSPM solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, high-quality technical training sessions (virtual and remote) on DSPM concepts, platforms, and tools.

Develop course materials, hands-on labs, and learning content tailored to diverse technical audiences.

Stay up to date with the latest DSPM technologies, market trends, and vendor solutions (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, Netskope, Microsoft Purview, Symmetry, etc.).

Adapt training programs to meet customer-specific requirements and industry standards.

Conduct knowledge assessments, provide constructive feedback, and ensure participant skill development.

Collaborate with internal teams to update training modules in line with new product releases or updates.

Mentor and guide learners to achieve certifications or role-based competencies in DSPM.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in Data Security, Cloud Security, or Information Security roles.

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a technical instructor, trainer, or enablement specialist in IT/cybersecurity.

Strong understanding of Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), Data Discovery & Classification, and Data Protection in cloud/hybrid environments.

Hands-on knowledge of one or more major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Familiarity with DSPM and CASB tools (e.g., Netskope, Palo Alto DSPM, Symmetry Systems, Microsoft Purview, or equivalent).

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Experience designing and delivering training content in both instructor-led and self-paced formats.

Preferred Qualifications

Vendor certifications such as Netskope Certified, Palo Alto Networks Certifications (e.g., PCNSA/PCNSE/PCSSE), or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Previous experience working with global enterprise customers.

Instructional design or adult learning certification (e.g., CompTIA CTT+, Certified Technical Trainer).
