Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Delivery Lead end-to-end project management for cybersecurity deployments, upgrades, and integrations involving Palo Alto Networks products. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Stakeholder & Communication Management Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and Palo Alto Networks. Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and client stakeholders. Manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction throughout project lifecycle. Execution & Risk Management Drive execution of technical tasks such as firewall migrations, Prisma Cloud/Access onboarding, and Cortex XDR deployments. Identify risks, issues, and roadblocks early, and develop mitigation plans. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and cloud governance frameworks. Collaboration with Technical Teams Work closely with Cloud Security Engineers, Network Engineers, and Palo Alto Networks Certified Engineers. Translate business requirements into technical deliverables. Validate technical designs and implementation progress against business goals. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and post-project retrospectives. Track KPIs and performance metrics (budget, timelines, SLA compliance). Required Qualifications: Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT project management , preferably in cybersecurity or cloud. Proven track record delivering projects involving Palo Alto Networks technologies (firewalls, Panorama, Prisma Cloud, Prisma Access, Cortex, etc.). Technical Skills Working knowledge of Palo Alto Networks product suite . Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts (zero trust, cloud security, threat intelligence, secure networking). Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.). Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory) Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PMI-ACP) Soft Skills Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. Deploy firewalls via Terraform, ARM templates, CloudFormation , or other automation tools. Configure integrations with Panorama for centralized policy and logging management. Cloud Security & Compliance Implement secure connectivity between on-premise and cloud environments. Ensure compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS . Define and maintain governance for IAM, role-based access, and key management in AWS/Azure. Operations & Optimization Perform firewall upgrades, rule optimizations, and performance tuning. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS Transit Gateway , Gateway Load Balancer , and routing architectures , with a solid understanding of how to integrate these components into secure and high-performance environments. You’ll work closely with our cloud and security engineering teams to design network topologies that support enterprise-grade workloads and security solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and implement AWS networking solutions including Transit Gateways , Gateway Load Balancers , and Route Tables . Configure and manage Transit Gateway attachments , Internet Gateways , and edge associations for secure connectivity.
