Data Scientist

You are a Data Scientist with 3 to 9 years of experience in the Retail Domain. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying Predictive AI and Generative AI solutions. You will work on creating generative AI models for text, image, audio, or video generation, and fine-tune large language models like GPT, LLaMA, Anthropic Claude, or other open-source models for specific use cases. Your role will involve developing and optimizing prompt engineering techniques to enhance model outputs, building AI-driven chatbots, virtual assistants, and Agents, and training models using datasets and reinforcement learning techniques. Proficiency in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers is essential. You will be responsible for deploying AI models using cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) or on-premises infrastructure, developing APIs, and integrating AI models into applications while ensuring model efficiency, scalability, and ethical AI compliance. Strong knowledge of transformer models, LLM fine-tuning, and diffusion models is required. Key skills for this role include Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Retail Domain expertise, and familiarity with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face libraries. Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.), prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and embeddings is beneficial. Additionally, proficiency in REST APIs, cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is desired. Experience in Retail projects such as Customer segmentation, CRM, POS, Demand forecasting, Inventory Optimisation, supply chain analytics, omnichannel retail strategies, and loyalty programs is a plus.
