Data Scientist Product, Analytics, Insights and Measurement

You should have a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Additionally, you need at least 5 years of work experience with analysis applications such as extracting insights, performing statistical analysis, or solving business problems, along with coding skills in Python, R, and SQL. Alternatively, you can qualify with 2 years of work experience if you have a Master's degree. Ideally, you should hold a Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. It would be beneficial if you have experience with privacy-preserving technologies and data regulations. Moreover, an understanding of digital advertising measurement concepts like attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling (MMM) is preferred. As a Data Scientist at Google, you will play a crucial role in supporting Google's extensive user base worldwide. Your responsibilities will involve providing quantitative support, market understanding, and a strategic perspective to various partners within the organization. You will use your data expertise to guide partners in making informed decisions, crafting meaningful insights from data, and offering valuable recommendations to Engineering and Product Management teams. Your main duties will include driving business growth, assisting the team in empowering advertisers with necessary tools and insights for navigating the digital advertising landscape, and developing quantitative models to evaluate business opportunities related to attribution improvements, incrementality testing, full-funnel measurement, and online-to-offline (O2O) measurement.
