Role Overview: As a Data Scientist at Taxmann, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to support business decision-making. You will design and develop Python-based Rest APIs, Power BI dashboards, and web applications to ensure data-driven strategies that improve organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights. - Develop and improve GenAI, Machine learning, and Natural Language Processing models for predictive modeling. - Develop and optimize complex RAG projects for Chatbots. - Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web applications using Python frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI. - Use pandas and beautifulsoup for data extraction and manipulation. - Design and implement Power BI dashboards and visualizations for real-time and ad hoc reporting needs. - Write optimized and scalable SQL queries for data extraction and analysis. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver analytical solutions. - Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance in all analytics processes. - Automate data collection and reporting pipelines to improve efficiency. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role. - Proficient in Python for data manipulation, API development, and GenAI chatbots app creation. - Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX and custom visual creation. - Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational databases. - Familiarity with tools like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and other data analysis libraries. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and deployment tools is a plus.
