Job Role: IT Trainer / Teaching Assistant / Course Instructor

We are hiring motivated Freshers who are passionate about training, learning new technologies, and helping students/professionals grow in their careers. This role starts with a 3-month internship, and based on performance, you will be offered a full-time Trainer position with a salary of 15,000 18,000.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering training sessions across various IT domains (as per your skill and interest).
  
• Support senior trainers in preparing study materials, presentations, assignments, and labs.
  
• Learn and master course content during internship (we provide full support).
  
• Handle students queries and provide clear explanations.
  
• Help in creating content, documentation, quizzes, and micro-learning modules.
  
• Participate in internal training to upskill continuously.
  
• Maintain training reports, attendance, and feedback logs.
